Once you have decided on the item you are buying, simply email us at SweetNSurprise@gmail.com with the following details:


a) Item number

b) Quantity

c) Colour (if applicable)

d) Mode of delivery. Should you choose to deliver by post, please indicate name of recipient and the mailing address.

e) Mode of Payment.

f) Contact number.


We allow customization to your needs such as change of colour or length. Please email to us so we can discuss and modify to make it your special accessory. Customization will take from 5 to 7 days so that we can discuss the design in detail.

Refund

We are sorry to say item sold is strictly non-refundable nor exchangeable unless wrong item has been sent by us. Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition. Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.

Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.

Delivery Conditions( Within Singapore Only / Singapore Post)

1. By normal postage : Absorbed by seller.
2. By registered mail : Additional $4 is applicable.

Seller will not be responsible for any damage or loss of item during mail. However, we will ensure all items are safely wrapped to minimize damage during delivery.
